Parking and Accessibility

Newquay Parking and Accessibility

Newquay Parking and Accessibility - in the summer months Newquay is really popular so parking is limited. Parking spaces are subject to availability and we suggest arriving before peak hours. Forgotten some spare change? It happens to the best of us! Most car parks will allow you to purchase tickets through the JustPark App. This is a website and phone service that allows you to pay for parking in the majority of Cornwall Council car parks. The best thing about paying through the app is that you can ‘top up’ your ticket time online.
For a day at the beach we suggest parking at Fistral Beach. This is in walking distance from the beach. This car park is disabled friendly and is around 50 meters from the beach. If you struggle to walk, wheelchairs can be hired closeby. Day tickets and hourly tickets can be purchased and prices may vary. Dog restrictions at Fistral Beach may occur during the seasonal months. Please note that this is subject to change. Public toilets are available near the car park.
For a day in the town we suggest parking at Albany Road, Fore Street, The Manor, St George’s Road and Mountwise car parks. All of these car parks are all in walking distance from the town centre. Day tickets and hourly tickets can be purchased, and prices may vary. These car parks are owned by Cornwall Council

Newquay has a range of places to eat from restaurants and takeaways. Based near the beach is the Rick Stein Fistral restaurant which has both takeaway and eat in services.
